In this example I'll demonstrate how to find an article within Usenet Newsgroups using Outlook Express.

Step One: Click the Find Button at the top middle of the page.

Step Two: In my example I am searching the newsgroup alt.guitars.amps for all articles related to amplifiers. You can limit your search to the "from", "to", "subject" and the "message" field.

Enter the "search term" you'd like to use, click "Find Now" and you will be presented with the results of your search query.
That's it!

Most news clients have similar concepts for searching newsgroups, either experiment or read the documentation to find out.
